Almost there!

I am so excited to go to Puerto Rico (countdown: 4 and a half weeks!) My flight is booked! Now I have to figure out how I’m going to pack 2 weeks worth of clothes in a carry on. Just kidding- it shouldn’t be too hard, I hope.

I am still a little shy of my goal of $2,250 but I know that with God’s help I know that it will come. I am so thankful to all of those who have donated. I know God has big plans for me this summer to grow in my faith and the rest of my life.

This whole process has been a great learning experience. It has pushed me out of comfort zone especially with the fundraising. It has been very difficult for me to manage school (this has been my toughest semester in college), field hockey, house hunting to live off campus next year(which God has gracefully answered my friends and I’s prayers with a great house) and managing the organization of the fundraising for the Puerto Rico Project, but thanks to God I’m still going!
