At 5:30 tomorrow morning I will be on my way back to Puerto Rico! It’s weird to think a whole year has gone by already, but I guess time flies when you’re having fun. As excited as I am, I’m also a little nervous about this year’s trip because I’ll have more responsibility this year as an intern and sometimes with more responsibility I put pressure on myself to impress people but thankfully in God I can find peace knowing that I don’t have to be perfect and  I am loved by Him. 

As I tried to pack today, my dog, Oscar,was less than thrilled about my departure. He laid right on top of my clothes  making it real hard to pack anything- and left his hair all over everything while he was at it. A little something to remember him by I guess.  

 
I can’t wait to rekindle friendships, grow in my own faith, make new friends and get my tan on! I’ll keep you all updated over the next 2 weeks!
